Hey Everyone,

I have a couple sites I am working on using Artisteer 2.5 that have flash headers. For some reason during page load the flash is being scaled down and pushed to the upper right of the header. Once the page finishes loading the Flash goes to the correct size and position within the header. I know it is Artisteer, but I can figure out what the issue is. Here is an example....

This is a link to the page generated by flash illustrating the fact that it works fine...

I have tried exporting my flash file with different settings, I have tried Artisteer 2.4, 2.5 and even 3.0. I created a support ticket last friday and havent heard back, so I figured I would try here. I did notice one other person having the same issue on another post and they even resolved the issue, but they never stated what the fix was....I post a message there as well and they haven't responded yet.

I have even tried replacing the flash code in the page.ascx with the one generated by flash. That did not work either...

Anyone else having this issue or know the best work around ?

The really strange thing is I have another site I setup a few months ago with a very elaborate header and it works fine... really weird...

Thanks,
Jason

Well I have determined there is something with the way Artisteer uses the flash container and the objects that was screwing up my Flash header. I had to bypass Artisteer and embed the flash file into the page.ascx I guess for now I wont be able to embed large or complex flash files directly with Artisteer. Anyone who is having the same issue, just export your template and then use dreamweaver to build the code to embed the flash file. Just an extra step until Artisteer gets it working right.

I have the same problem with flash header in DNN, with Wordpress too. Please fix this for next version.

Thanks.
