Hi,
I have installed DNN 5.5.1 instance with 2 languages (es-ES, ca-ES) and working properly. When I install the Skin does not recognize the default language. Sometimes the menu is the default language and content in the other. Is there something issue with Artisteer and DNN 5.5.1?

Yes there's a rather nasty issue, but it's a DNN issue and not particularly an Artisteer issue.
Artister created their own menu object which is used with Artisteer skins in DotNetNuke, but it is based on list elements (ul li) and pure links. In DotNetNuke 5.5+ you have the possibility to include your language parameters directly in your links. This is rather messy with a lot of modules, not just the Artisteer menu.
I would suggest going to admin -> Language -> Language Settings and remove the check in "allow language parameters in URL". Not that it fixes everything, but I think it would help you to find out what's wrong :)
