Notice the Text on the left Nav bar shifts up.... and becomes un-aligned
I am using the verticle menu structure and I edit the CSS in one area, but the skin keeps reverting back to original CSS.

I added top:72 etc... to move the text down into the graphic
It works for a couple days then the text moves back up as it was in Artisteer (IDE)

You probably missed a few settings. Edit your text styles for the vertical menu in Artisteer on the Vertical Menu tab. There are settings for size, color, etc. Test the menu before exporting for DNN. Then upload.
