I have an issue with applying a skin to a DNN site. In artisteer the sidebar and article sections have different formatting however when the skin is uploaded to site, both sections take the what ever format is selected for the article or block containers.
Any ideas on why this would be?

I'm not sure I understand what is wrong. Artisteer creates two containers (article and block)....when you apply those containers to content or a module in DNN it takes on the styles defined in that container - regardless of which content pane it's been place in (ContentPane, Sidebar1, etc)
