 I am having a terrible time getting the icons on the vertical menu to show up... One time, I actually did get the to show up, but they were overtop the menu items text and didn't know how to move them.
Why don't they appear on the live site like they do inside Artisteer??

You can see the icons are missing on the vertical menu.

I found links that refer to modifying the template.css file, but I may not be doing it right.
I am NOT a master of css... that's why I purchased Artisteer.
I would say this is a major flaw in the program (or simply lack of education on my part)

Are you referring to bone icons in vertical menu ? these icons are displaying just fine on my side in Firefox.

And it works for me in FF and IE8 - looks good.
Try flushing your cache.

Thanks guys. I am surprised the answer didn't show up here. I didn't even check back here which is not good. It bugs me when someone aks a question in a forum, then resolves the issue and never posts a follow up.
Shortly after I posted here , I got some guidance from Artisteer... basically they told me to read the docs :o) which I did, and found the answer. They are working fine for me now, too.
