Adusting size of Sheet Dynamically

Has anyone figured out a way to dynamcially adjust the sheet size of a skin based on the browser window size?

For instance I want my sheet to extend to the edges of my browser window without a fixed width as if I were not using a background. As I expand my browser window I want the sheet to adjust dynamically in width and height. This would be simlilar in nature as if you were using a 100% width html table as your primary "outer" container.

I've heard that Artisteer is coming out with a new update this summer or fall which will support this feature so I'm just going to wait until then.
