Feature Request -
Is it possible to display pages as % of screen size?
Reason: There are many different page resolutions out there... and some of the comments are "Why don't your pages fill the screen?"
I guess the hard part is building the header.jpg to the correct size, huh. Why not have header.jpg just repeat?
