Hi

I want to use the Vertical Menu as a submenu on my pages. So I have the Main Menu Horizontal and then all the sub pages are listed in the vertical menu. Can this be done?

Choices:
1. Create your page and put a Text-Html module on it where you provide links to child pages of that page. Set the child pages to hidden on the Page Settings. You can later edit those pages by going to Admin Menu > Pages and clicking on the Edit Page icon.

2. http://www.snowcovered.com/Snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=242&mid=1397&PackageID=16756

I'm currently trying to create something similar to what Tim described. Knowing that it's not possible with Artisteer, is there any other suggestions of how to do it? The choice BarryZ listed is a viable option, but i'm looking to make it VERY similar to Artisteer's vertical menu. Thank you for your time and help.

I just logged onto the forum as I want to do exactly what is being discussed. Has anyone logged a support request for it?

I've used the DNN360 menu in the past to get to this.

It is running OK on one of our websites, but hard to change appearance if using Artisteer - because it picks up the colors, font & size via the CSS.

is newer, but I don't know if it's 'root' directory can be any page.

you may not be able to use the vertical menu from artisteer but the DNN solpartmenu has an option to be either root only or sub level only. i have done exactly this in the past

i put a solpart across the top and one down the side. the top was root only and the side was sub only. when a root was clicked the side displayed all subs.

if you need any more help please contact me on quintin at quintsoft dot com dot au
