Clickable Header

I saw a few different threads on how to make the header clickable in Wordpress based templates, best solution being this apparently:

You can do it changing following code in your header.php:

<div class="art-Header">
<div class="art-Header-jpeg"></div>

<div class="art-Header"onclick="location.href='';" style="cursor: pointer;">
<div class="art-Header-jpeg"></div>

In my blogger template, the line header codes lines look like this:

<b:section class='art-Header' id='header' maxwidgets='1' showaddelement='no'>
<b:widget id='Header1' locked='true' title='Leangains (Header)' type='Header'>
<b:includable id='title'>
<a expr:href='data:blog.homepageUrl'><data:title/></a>
<b:includable id='description'>
<b:includable id='main'>
<div class='art-Header-jpeg'/>

I'm a bit lost as to where I should insert the href.

Could someone please enlighten me about this?

Thank you.

:-@ Would NOT recommend doing this solution.

Visitors to our website started complaining about a Security Warning. We could also see the Tiny Yellow Triangle w/black Exclamation mark bottom Left of any window our website was open in. (WP version 3.4.1)

Then after a week our Google Ranking CRASHED.

We spent a few days tracking down information including possible Plugin issues.

We finally did a Validation check (which we should have started with) and it showed this Exact line of code causing problems all the way to the bottom.

Reason I am being so descriptive is so anyone else with the problem can maybe find the answer faster than we did.

Sure wished this had worked! Artisteer REALLY has no excuse for not putting this option in already...correctly. (or we just haven't Found that option yet)
