Hi,
I´ve been using Blogger for quite a while and I am relatively new to Artisteer.
After adding my Artisteer Template to my blogger I tried to add the code to my template for the expandable "Read More..." but I can't find the necessary code where I should add it.

Normally, with standard Blogger Templates you look for the following in the template:
<p><data:post.body/></p>

You then add the following just above this item:
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "item"'>
<style>.fullpost{display:inline;}</style>
<p><data:post.body/></p>
<b:else/>
<style>.fullpost{display:none;}</style>

And the following below the above item:
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != "item"'><br />
<a expr:href='data:post.url'>Read more...</a>
</b:if>
</b:if>

So that all together it looks like this:
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "item"'>
<style>.fullpost{display:inline;}</style>
<p><data:post.body/></p>
<b:else/>
<style>.fullpost{display:none;}</style>

<p><data:post.body/></p>

<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != "item"'><br />
<a expr:href='data:post.url'>Read more...</a>
</b:if>
</b:if>

Then when creating a post you use the following:

Content to appear on the main page before the article is expanded goes here.
<span class="fullpost">
Main body of the article that appears when the post is expanded goes here.
</span>

Being able to use the above significantly increases the functionality of the blog in terms of SEO.

If there is any way that you can assist in pointing me in the right direction on how to implement this with the Artisteer template it would be much appreciated.

Ideally, if you could include this as part of the next release so that the code is already integrated.
Lots of people would love you for this feature and it would make your product even more popular than it already is.

Thanks,
Pat

Pat,

Have you already found a solution for this?

I'd really love to add this functionality to my posts.

Cheers,

Just found the "Insert Jump Break" feature that handles this in Blogger.
