I have just bought the standard edition. Very expensive, but worth it, providing it saves me time. It doesn't! If it worked as expected, it would.

I create a template for Drupal, in the interface, to my taste. I preview it in FF, Safari & IE8. It appears correct in all 3. For some reason the preview for Chrome and Opera are greyed out, even though both are installed.

I export as Drupal template. Copy all files to the /themes directory, in a sub-dir named after the template I am creating. I check it out and it looks quite different, in many ways. This depends on the settings of the template, but the current incarnation differs from the preview as follows:
1) The top offset is 0px - set to 30px
2) Only the left part of the border is present. Top, bottom and right are missing.
3) The menu items are cut in half horizontally in active and hover modes, with a darker area at top and a very dark line half-way down..
4) Menu sub-items have no border. Set to 1px
5) Blocks do not have background or border.
6) Header image does not span the page, which it should.
7) Content areas have no border.
8) The site text is in a language not chosen in the account, but the Administration part is.

There is much more, but that's enough to be going on with. In short, the appearance, so carefully created in Artisteer is a total mess, after I apply the generated template.

I can supply screen-shots and/or any information required, if requested.
I am a professional developer, but a newbie at Drupal and Artiseer.
What am I doing wrong - or is it the Artiseer team that are doing something wrong?

Well, I take back most of what I said. It just fixed itself, without me knowing what I did to fix it and - voila!. Now, for the most part, 1-7, above work correctly. Quite a relief!

There are still a few quirks. In IE8, the Top2 region, which has an image in it, is the same height as the Top3 region, which has a search box in it. In all other browsers, it is taller, by about 20 pixels. The only reason why I want a search box, here, is that the Template configuration's Search box option doesn't work in an Artisteer template.

BTW item 8, above, is obviously to do with Drupal configuration and not connected with the template at all. I shouldn't have included it, at all. My apologies.

I created a theme for drupal 7 with Artisteer 3 and when I exported and uploaded to the site it doesn looks like I created it.
The header is not showing the slogan of the website, logo it is there but I;m not able to edit the slogan...... it says "DRUPAL" instead. how can I change it or edit the text to reflect what I created?
I'v been lloking to fix this for a while already and I didnt find any help or tutorial to help me.... I'm going crazy!
