Hi. I've done a template, in demo mode; so, I cannot save it. If I close the app, before I purchesed the software, shall I lose all these hours of work?

You cannot save it as an HTML template or another type of template but can you save it as an .artx file ?
By default, these files are located in the repertory "My Documents\Artisteer Templates" (for Windows XP).
.artx file can only be used by Artisteer, so my understand would be that they can be saved with this format even for the trial edition.
Also, such a file for your current open project must already exist.

I'm on Vista; where are they here?

No idea about Vista, I don't use it. However, this is the default location that contains all these default repertories used by different programs; so it shound't be hard to find.
You can also search your hard drive for any *.artx files.
If you just try to make a "save", what happens?

@Sylvain - It sounds like Mareile has not yet saved the document.
@Mareile - What happens if you try to save it - the location Sylvain mentioned is only a default - like saving anything ( eg like Word or Excel ), you can choose the location to save your file.
