To those experiencing some frustration with Artisteer 2.3 while using Blogger:
The problem right now is that there are some big limitations with Artisteer 2.3 like:
Blogger specific
1.-Not optimized for IE8
2.-Non working backlinks,
3.-Some blogger layout design issues
In General
1.-No Vertical menu support
2.-No Fluid Width
3.-More choices for design elements.
Supposedly 2.4 will bring improvements and maybe solutions for all of these limitations. So right now it is all about post Artisteer customization.
Even then, Artisteer is still one of the most awesome visually geared design software ever made. So it is worth to have patience.
But otherwise feel free to ask whatever you want. I will be glad to help if possible.

In the Docs & FAQ, there is a page giving you a full instruction set on how to install and use the template on Blogger, including a whole section on how to create a horizontal menu bar for Blogger:

The Non-Working Backlinks issue have now been resolved. Backlinks now do work in the final 2.3. Another thing that works is the Timestamp for the day and all the time formats for post dates.
Props to Artisteer for solving those in 2.3 Final.
