Just noticed that if you are working with a Blogger account and have never used a Picassa account, if you try to load up your new Blogger template from Artisteer, you may see an error. This happened to me until I uploaded a single image into a Picassa account (access through your google accounts when logged into blogger). I just uploaded any old picture to Picassa which seemed to then populate a file structure in my account and the Blogger template upload from Artisteer worked beautifully after that.
