I think US$130 is a bargain to begin with and when I purchased it the AUD$ was far less than the US$ and I ended up paying a lot more than $130 in the end.

Worth every cent/penny. Just need to prioritise what's the most important when you spend your $$$ ;)

I think Artisteer should be priced at $500! I made that much after my first webhosting gig! :)

*lol*

I'm just more interested in Artisteer as a casual user, and so in that case the $130 price tag is a bit too steep.

In all honesty, I'm primarily interested in the Blogger support since Artisteer does such a great job and makes it easy to change templates on a whim (or with the seasons).

Should I start a "Artisteer for Sean" collection? ;-)

Agreed Hans. US$130 is a bargain.

That's a thought Sean. The giving season is nearly upon us so perhaps a quick whip around your family could help? Just push the "it's educational as well as fun and simple to use" line and you'll have the funds before you know it :-D

This is cheating Artisteer out of a sale. Not very nice. Artisteer is a great program and is priced cheep for what it does. It you want cheep or free templates Google for them. There are plenty out there. If you want custom easy templates then pony up the money and buy Artisteer.

Here we go again...... another web designer tooting his horn at high prices....... when are you web designers going to learn and understand that everyone who uses this program does not make a living selling website templates. There are many of us here who ARE NOT web designers and I don't think this program was specifically designed just for web designers who make a living selling templates.............. so all of you people who keep saying this program should cost 500 dollars just because you got paid a big chunk of money for one of your templates.............. for lack of anything else better to say....... Shut the hell up!

I think the current pricing for Artisteer is fine but if additional features are to be added I wouldnt mind paying for them!:)

I suppose that more than anything I am fighting to have Blogger support included in the Home/Student Edition as opposed to the Standard Edition.

I would foresee more Home/Student Edition licenses being purchased if Blogger support were included in its price since that support is more closely aligned with what a home/student user would require from Artisteer.

My two cents...

Bah...ended up buying it, but at least the home/student edition did come with Blogger support. YAY!
