In some case such as when you log in and get error message or when you install a new module the "body are goes flush left and middle layout is "lost" header and footer stay ok - looks like some of the css is either not loading or is conflicting. This makes for VERY ugly results. You can still use the page but not nice at all ... This is a bug that my clients could not live with and if we have to debug each skin created it is not a real solution fo rreducing skin build time.
