Well as I found very handy the new addition of blogger I tryied some new custom made templates i made in Artisteer for them..
All of them had the same issues- problems - becides they looked wonderfull..
1. I lost the favicon I had on the blog.. and did not manage to add it back even through HTML editing... Any ideas?
2. The Followers Gadjet stop working after adding the new Artisteer template..
Is that a problem you plan to fix...?

Actually. look at your template and in the case of the followers gadget. it will show up in IE7and IE8 but will not show in Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Opera.
The issue is not only in the formating of Artisteer but also that the Google followers gadget has always been very fickle.
In the case of the favicon the same happens!!. this will depend on which of the 3 ways to add a favicon you use.

However, the favicon should work fine. I have favicons on both mine that work great. I have instructions on my blog on how to do this. It's http://reflectingthedesigner.blogspot.com

@Sophie: if you have a problem that you want to us to take a look at, you should create one or more testing Blogger sites so that people can go and see by themselves.
The code that you have provided might be insteresting but without seeing it in action, it's hard to give you advice on it.
As a sidenote, I might have found a solution on how to force the code to always show properly the Followers Gadget even with FireFox. However, I'll have to make some more tests before making any judgment call. I'll try to come back to you tomorrow on this.

I can't seem to add my favicon coding to my artisteer template within blogger. I've added it several times where it's supposed to go in the coding but keep getting error messages telling me it's not corretly parsed yet all was Ok with my other template and showed up! What's changed to make it stop working. Also doesn't seem to work if I add my favicon image to the blogger widget in the design page either? Any solutions?
