I'm pretty excited about Artisteer and have already created two live DNN sites with it. I posted up my experience (along with a video walkthrough) here:

Thanks so much for posting your live DNN Sites. Im just wondering if those were raw dnn skins that generated by artisteer without any modification to fix up the template?

I didn't do anything after exporting them from Artisteer. I did update the templates on Ventrian News Articles to use H1, H2, etc so it would "blend" into the Artisteer article but that was it.

I have done something similar and have no had any issues. Check your styles for the pane. I use the Web Developer AddOn for FireFox to check styles and elements...saves a lot of time when troubleshooting things like you've described.
