Flash Header for DNN Skin |

Hi All.
I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me add a flash header into a DNN Skin?
I asked the tech support guys and they said to edit the page.ascx file.
Only problem is i have no experience with coding/programming so would have no idea how to go about it.
