Hi
I created an tested a skin using dnn 5. It worked well on localhost.
I exported skin as dnn4 and uploaded to online dnn4.9 site.
I get this error:
Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/_default/Skins/peninsulamartialartsdn401/page.ascx Error: The file '/DesktopModules/ArtMenuSO/ArtMenuSO.ascx' does not exist.
Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

My fault for not reading the instruction properly. In case anyone else comes across this, here's the answer from Artisteer support:
If you work with DotNetNuke 5, ArtMenuSO file is not needed.
In that case you should simply go to Artisteer > Export Options > DotNetNuke dialog and select DotNetNuke 5 Target version from the list.
After that export your template as DotNetNuke Skin and follow the instructions provided at:
http://www.artisteer.com/?p=help_dnn
(Installing Skins in DotNetNuke 5.0)
If you work with DotNetNuke version 4, please select "DotNetNuke 4" in Artisteer > Export Options > DotNetNuke dialog and export your template as DNN 4 skin.
In that case you should get additional ArtMenuSO.zip file generated along with the template.

Hey, since you have exported your skin, how many content pane are you getting? Just one? Or?

Tried EXPORT to 5.0 and 4.0 with no luck ... and same error as mentioned above ....
Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/12/Skins/dnn_stclair_skin2/article.ascx Error: Unable to cast object of type 'ASP.portals_12_skins_dnn_stclair_skin2_article_ascx' to type 'DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin'.

I'm evaluating artisteer and I love the look & feel of the product and was about to buy it but faced the "Unable to cast object of type ..." issue mentioned above with DNN 5.0 and I exported with the 5.0 option.
Is there a way to solve it?

I problem to install ArtMenuSO.zip why i use aruba nuke , i buy this servise by italian server provider, and i cant install modules, its limited, the skins normal install use solpart menu already installed. u will make a option for this?

You will need to get answers from your website host to deterrmine which DNN modules that Aruba Nuke supports, if any.
Aruba Nuke sounds like it is a different product than DotNetNuke.
