Do you get this error while installing Artsiteer ? If yes you should try reinstalling it after running a good registry cleaner like ccleaner.

no.... its when i choose for what system i want to make a template and press ok ..then a popup with that message appears and the program closes.

There are two options one is you should contact Artisteer support and second is to uninstall Artsiteer, remove folder named Artsiteer in your c drive(program files) run a good registry cleaner like ccleaner and reinstall Artsiteer

I have the same problem! My disk operating system is windows 7 64bit. A removing and cleaning with ccleaner is doing but without good result. And now?

Same here.
I also tried the windows xp compatibility mode but without success.

Awesome...it's 11:30pm (well, at least in germany, dunno where the devs are coming from) and the support is still answering questions ;)

This link posted is silly, I bought artisteer 3 and not 2, I'm tired of this error enxendo bag and developers do nothing cade and updates? At the time of selling the program they like, in time to support this is crap!

Resolution:
http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=2603262&kbln=en-us
I put a hotfix from microsoft itself and stopped giving the error.
