I cannot open a template that i have maked in the version 2.1.0.16090.
Now i run 2.0.215338
Is it possible?

I have several templates built with previous version of Artisteer and I am experiencing the same problem. There is no way I can open the templates I created before.
I am ready to buy the standard edition but not sure if this will correct the problem and let use my previous files.
Why do we need to contact Artisteer support?, is there a solution available?
