Unwanted transparent Image borders |

Several other people seem to have had this problem but the fixes suggested don't work for me.
In Artisteer the preview looks fine, but when I export it I get an unwanted transparent image border around everything, e.g.,
http://www.myonlineshop.co.nz/wordpress/
It looks to me like the border is part the image rather than a CSS thing - e.g., the two header images.
Has anyone got any ideas on this?

You an image in your header or in an article ?
... you don't have any image in your website ....

Yes, border is a part of the image, sometimes it occurs due to color combinations in Artisteer so you should try a slightly different color.

It seems to do it no matter what I stick in there, and es Frederick the headers are images, header.jpg/header.png - it's just a solid colour

I checked it in detail, it is an image named: Sheet-v.png which is located in the images folder of your theme, you can edit it to suit your needs
