Not sure if its a bug but the yellow banner1 line above the content and two blocks doesn't show on my block admin page. The banner 1 area is still there, just doesn't show the yellow stripe (preview of where it ends up).
I haven't put a block there yet to see if it works anyways, Ill give it a shot if no one else has done this.
