Nothing ... I just installed the updated package (2.1) and it is still opening nothing (neither old, nor new). I am loosing too much time. I re-start every time on a template, save, re-open and error message comes up (obviously loosing all my work, and a full 3 days with it).

All files saved (.artx) are 48 bytes... and I'm sure there's something wrong in that!

Help me out guys ...

Chris

Using the 2.1-Version.

I think, the problem is the PNG-Format in the Header / Foreground-Photo.

The first .artx Test Save with the original Photo from Artisteer (File Size after saving: 62KB) works, the second file with jpg (size: 141kb) works again, but no way....there is a white background!
But the third test-Save with a png file (Filesize after saving: 311 kb) doesn´t work.
i could´nt reopen this file after i started artisteer new.

You don't have permission to open this file.

Hope the next version includes a programm to clean the .artx File to using again my hard work... :-@

If you look at the date of this thread you will see they are very old.

You need to start a new thread and give details like which version you are using and what CMS it is for.

If it is a major problem you need to put in a support request directly to Artisteer using the support link to the left.
