Formatting problem with MooFAQ

I'm using an extension with Joomla called MooFAQ. The formatting for the articles breaks when using an Artisteer template, but not other templates.

This appears to be because Artisteer uses default Joomla CSS classes rather than creating new ones. I can go in and fix this in the index.php and template files but if I then have to regenerate from Artisteer I'll have to redo my changes.

Please can you create prefixes for all CSS classes, this way Joomla's default css classes will always work.

E.g. .content is a css class that Joomla uses when it builds the MooFAQ panels (accordion), so it will have a problem with all Joomla created panels, not just MooFAQ.
