Forum Software Upgrade Please?

As an owner/user of Artisteer I come to this forum predominantly to learn more about its use.

I have a sincere wish for a particular functionality that I'd like to ask the developers to incorporate: click-able links within forum posts to external web pages. None of the links to resources, information the sites of other users in the "showcase" threads are click-able and it is so time consuming to highlight a link, make sure you've highlighted all of the link, right-click, select copy, open new browser tab, navigate to address box, insert cursor, paste ...etc, etc..

Do that several times in quick succession and it becomes tedious and a chore and is, I find anyway, very off-putting.

If I'm right in thinking that the forum software is written by Extentsoft and they are intent on keep it that way then please at least include the functionality of click-able links within forum posts.

A better option, IMHO, would be to migrate to use a dedicated forum platform. This would improve the forum experience/value for the users, again IMHO. For example, second on my wish list would be the ability to edit one's forum posts once they have been posted.

Cheers

Steve

...third on my wish list would be to replace the "validation" (Captcha) routine to something more usable (if it were necessary at all).

Just a few thoughts is all.

Apologies, I've just noticed the earlier thread with a definitive answer, and a link to artisteerhelp.com

I did look, but obviously not well enough.

8-)Artisteer is not affiliated nor does it own Artisteerhelp.com. It was made by other artisteer purchaserers of the software to help new users, Artisteer says that this is what they will use as a forum and have no intention to change it anytime soon, :-/This is how its been from begining and has not changed, many requests have been made but they have put all their efforts into making a great product better as their number one priorty.:-) So we all must deal with this as it may be a pain in the @ss, I appreciate their efforts to making the software better all the time. You can Find much usefull information at artisteerhelp.com for FREE :-Xfrom other users and programers who took the extra time to help other users of the artisteer program family with their knowledge.:-)
