How to quickly create a custom glare for use in your' Artisteer projects by using Photoshop and alpha channel transparencies. You can also use several other programs to create these types of files as well including free image editors like Gimp.

You can create a custom glare in Photoshop, but it is very costly, you should search a designer having Photoshop to do it for you.
