It sounds like all the files for the site are not uploaded properly.
Drop down menus should work in any browser if all the files are there.

Without an URL to go check and inspect, there is little advice I can offer as to what the solution might be.
Keep in mind that what you see in Artisteer is just a preview, it doesn't actually create those pages. That is all done after the fact and you need to modify the HTML to the actual references to those pages exist.

Im having the same problem. The menus dropdown fine in IE, but in firefox they dont.. Can some check it out? I have no idea where to even start looking. Thanks!

Answered my own question - ran the page through a validator- and found a <li> where a <ul> should be - so now drop downs work in IE, FF & Safari - Hooray.
