After Installation Failed to start

This same thing happened to me. I did a .net framework update last night to see if that would solve the problem...but it did not. It was a huge update too! 210mb.

Should I re-update to see if there's something else new that depended on the large update?

I'm running Windows XP Pro SP3...Artisteer 2.1
