Error every where in drupal theme |

warning: Missing argument 3 for TEMPLATE_NAME_menu_local_task() in TEMPLATE_URL/TEMPLATE_NAME/sites/all/themes/Soul_Melodies/template.php on line 65.
I am getting this error every where and whole of the site is not working properly. Please help me out how to solve it...Every where I land up with white pages , etc,.

To solve that issue, I tried removing the below piece of code from the line 65, this is the 3rd parameter...Now I don't get the error...

http://www.mywebsite.com/user/1
&
http://www.mywebsite.com/admin
are getting blank pages.
There are just 2 URLs I noticed.
More over I was able to access this with the default garland theme. So it is not the problem with the website but with the aristeer created theme.
So please help me to solve this as this a bit urgent.
