Nav.png strange appearance with firefox and IE |

Hello everyone,
I just noticed a strange thing at a template I created with artisteer. With Firefox above the horizontal menu lies a tiny white line. If you use Internet explorer you will notice that nav.png is darker than the above header, which is part of it. What is going on? Could someone help?
