Sheet Resizing When Browser is Resized

When I resize the browser (both Fire Fox and IE7) the sheet (I'm assuming it is called "sheet") is not stretching completely to the right side of the template. It looks like it is losing about 20% of its width. This seems to be common among templates from various developers, not just the Aristeer software.

The problem is similar to this post at the Joomla Shack forum;

Seems to be unresolved. Does anyone here have the answered?

Thank You,
Devon

I've seen this happen in firefox on x64 vista but not in IE on same with a fluid template. I think it's an issue with the browser, but I'm not positive.

What is the purpose of the "sheet"? I don't see the option to use a background only, with no sheet.

Thank you,

Sheet is the container for all the content on the page - it holds all the blocks together (header/mainarea/footer/etc)
