Hi,
In one of the templates there is a 4 item box at the bottom that I would like to remove but cannot using Layout > Blocks > Position... there does not seem to be a removal for this block. If anyone knows what I am talking about please help. It is divided into four with each square labelled as Solutions, Support, Development, Strategy. I would love to remove this.

What program template are you speakingof? Joomla?
If joomla, those are module positions.
