This one seems easy, but you should create a WYSIWYG choice for the top menu (.artmenu) in Joomla that allows the user to add padding so that they can "center" their top menu. I had to go into the CSS backend to do this, but you could just have them add padding until it center from the front end. One less code issue and seems easy to add.
Also, my client wanted the top menu to be PILL shaped like an apple top menu. There didn't seem to be a way to do this in the menu choices. You should add a pill menu choice.
