Since we can't sell the templates with foreground people is there any way to get the peole we import to GLOW like the people that come with the program?

you can do this in your image edit software..
i use gimp........ its free.
open your transparent image.
click the select by colour button.
then click anywhere in the transparent background.
once selected click filters.
light n shadow ans use any of the filters
in that selection.
drop shadow works for me.
