Well I sent an email to support about a week ago now...I can longer use the software and I am still within my 30 day grace period so I wanted a refund but now I am left wondering if I have been scammed???

You purchased it, notified the publisher that you wanted a refund, which can take anywhere from 5-30 days to effect.
So what, how, details of the SCAM you referenced?

How can a scammer claim to be scammed? I've recently purchased OE email repair software that I used only for 1 day so it would be a scam if I tried to ask for refund when I no longer needed it. Simply try before you buy software, don't buy something when you don't need it.

well Herb better get used to seeing my so called "spam" cause it is going to be all over the forums..blogs..and communities related to this software..with warnings about this scam..about this lousy software that nobody needs..or probably wants.. I intend to make it very public and possibly go viral my warnings about this software..should be a fun ride..enjoy!!!!!

Me thinks this guy just lost his job at the local Panty Hose factory and read some scammy "How to Make a Million Dollars" on the internet.with no knowledge, no money and no clue....

You're just going to give Artisteer a free advertisement and make a fool of yourself if you do that. And not to mention exposing yourself to a lawsuit because of false accusation.
You haven't really said what your problem is and I don't know if you have attempted to call Artisteer at all.
By the way, where do you see the 30-day grace period? Next time, try the free version first before you purchase and cry about it.

Unfortunately, forums like this are a microcosm of society.
There is always someone who isn't happy and no matter how much you try to help them, give them pointers or otherwise point them in the right direction, they are still unhappy.
I have 57 sites running Artisteer themes. Saved me a ton of development time and, most importantly, my customers like the designs.
