I notice that generated "Idea" themes sometimes have glares in the header background of the blocks (Search, Categories, etc.). I'm probably just overlooking it but I can't find where I can elect manually select them or choose which one to use.
Can anyone out there point me into the right direction?
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, everyone. I called the thing Blocks Gradient then asked about Glares. I really wanted to know about Glares; not gradients.
