has anyone had the experience of downloading Artisteer 2 and the installation only going to 99% and then it gets stuck? On the install window it says Finalizing but it never does.

My V.2.0RC did that. After a while, I just closed it off, checked the operation of Artisteer thoroughly - no issues.

What browser / version and operating system / service pack are you using and what kind of internet connection?

please contact Artisteer support about this problem. They should provide solution for it.

It did that for me too. I just closed it and opened it up and it had installed fine.
