I stumbled on this product, and frankly, I'm impressed.

I've been doing more and more work with WordPress, and for $49, this really is a great tool! I just bought it today, and so far, it has allowed me to prototype a site very quickly and easily. Most development can be done right from within Artisteer with the exception of some minor tweaks.

If you are looking for suggestions, how about these:

1. Provide some "within-Artisteer" HTML editing that gets saved with the project and exported. For example, I don't want the Site name and Slogan automatically entered in the header. I am using a graphic logo for that. So presently, I must export the theme, upload it to my site, then using WordPress, edit the header.php file. It's pretty easy, but it would be SO nice to be able to have some control over that from within Artisteer.

2. Related to that, I'd like to add a Flash movie into my logo. The workaround was to create a Text Box in the header, export the theme, upload to my site, and then from within WordPress, edit header.php to include the flash object code. Again, not hard, but if this cuold be done from within Artisteer....

3. footer.php also required a bit of tweaking, specifically, the copyright date. Again, editing in Wordpress was simple, but how about editing within Artisteer?

These are just some examples, but quite frankly, those are the ONLY three issues I've had that require ANY manual editing!!!

So, I'm VERY pleased with this so far!!!
Jim,
just a note. The site name and slogan are powered by WordPress. Even if you remove them in Artisteer project the default name and slogan appear on Header. You can disable them in WordPress admin section.

Also I think that it worth to post your ideas in special forum section "Feature Ideas & Suggestions"
