my own header is not showing |

Hello,
I use beta V2 and in the header I put my own topbar.
But when i upload the theme to Joomla or Wordpress
my header is not showing.
Also in preview it is gone.
I thought that it is in Beta V1 no problem.
Also I have no topmenu.
I wish to make my sites with one colomn layout.
It is for my clients, so a normal looking site, no blogger.
