First of all, I am not quite familiar with php and css but still able to apply them at novice level.

But html generated from Artisteer really give me big challenge.

Anyone if kind enough could share that how to put it content into the page.html and fyi, I using Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 to edit this page.

Thanks in advance! :-)

Hello superdog,

Artisteer generates a sample "Lorem ipsum ..." content in the page.html file. You can replace this content with any desired html code in Dreamweaver or any other text editor. Do you have problems with this part?

Caroline.

Hi Caroline ...

Thanks for the reply. Actually I use the Wordpress theme design then change it to HTML website mode, then all the content disappear, but the design is still there and able to export to HTML.

Just that I can't see any Lorem ipsum content. I did this way because I want the same design theme for both wordpress and html.

Thanks again!

I just tried seamonkey and it's great for adding text and images to artisteer generated pages. It is a WYSIWYG editor and all you need to do is click in the blank area of the page where you want to add your text, then type away!

Hi
Testing out the trial version of Artisteer and when I export and html file it somehow does not retain its formatting in Dreamweaver
It become a hassle trying to figure this out. Although it displays correctly in the browser but when you are editing the info the site is all distorted and side bars just switch at the bottom of the content. Any suggestions ???

Search the forum for Dreamweaver.

You will see that it is not really compatible. Not really designed to be used that way you are trying to use it.
