I am downloading Astisteer now. Very optimistic about it. I have purchased a book on designing themes, but I could not figure much of it out.

Two sites that have been built using the Artisteer Joomla template feature.
One, from England, we are mirroring a clients design - still a work in progress, but the base template was via Artisteer:

Another, which we created both the website and an email html newsletter (with a flip of a button from Joomla > html), and they are functioning perfectly.
