What a terrible service.

I have now cancelled the order, please refund my money without delay.

Depending on the 'reseller", the funds may be delayed from them to Artisteer... or if you paid thru PayPal, they give the address listed on the PayPal account and that is where the license code is sent.

In some cases, that address is different than the address you are currently using.

Forward your request directly to support@artisteer.com along with a copy of any email or receipt you received from the vendor you purchased from.

Don't condem the product based on the seller. Turning your back on Artisteer is a big mistake. This can be an awesome money maker for you to create templates fast/easy for your clients.

While your payment process may have been funky, its really not a big deal in the scheme of life - so do it again and add this product to your creative and development arsenal.

You can buy the product directly from this website, using PayPal, so I have no idea why anyone would be buying it elsewhere.
