Am I missing something, do I have to do something to receive this license, I juste chacked, and my credit card got débited

If you paidby PayPal, make sure you check the email address assigned to your PayPal account. The license is delivered to the address the PayPalaccount isregistered under.

How long do you have to wait for a license key? You would think you could get one pretty quick once you purchase the software. I have been waiting over 24 hours.
I downloaded the software and liked it so I bought it. Now I have paid for it and I can't do anything with it that I could have down for free. I send emails and haven't gotten a reply. If it was going to take a few days to get a license key they should at least warn you of that. I have checked all my emails for paypal and read everything I can on the website thinking I missed my license key somewhere along the way.

99% of the time, the email is there. Many users forget what their original email address was when they signed up for PayPal.

If all of those fail, you can always send an email to support@artisteer.com

It comes with your receipt, even though they say "e-mhail has bent sent out..." Check your receipt again, which you were supposed to get right after the purchase.

It had a Receipt ID number xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

I tried using it but it just said invalid License Key.

So I emailed 3 times and yet to get a reply.

You really should give them 24 hours to respond. I don't believe they have support staff that is available 24 hours a day.

If I don't hear from them today. I will get my money back and forget about it.

From what I have used the software I would rather have the software but I can see paying for it when I can't use it for what I intended to use it for.

And we've emailed it again to alan@halllc.com on March 17 after your email request.
Looks like you are very heavily guarded from spam, therefore please provide another email address where you are guaranteed to receive emails. Or at minimum please assure that you can receive all emails from sales@extensoft.com.
