switching design from joomla to wordpress (v2 beta)

when I switch the design from joomla to wp on the "ideas" tab, all of the content disappears. Exporting the theme and applying it to my wp install has the same effect, all of the content is gone. It seems like it is hidden - when I click on a category or a tag in the tag cloud the content is there (because for some reason those don't take the same formatting as defined in artisteer.)

When I switch back to Joomla, everything is there again.

Has anyone else experienced this? Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not sure anymore. I normally start with wp though, so I assume that the design started life as wp, was switched to J! and then back again.

I'm thinking it is somewhere in the formatting of either the article or sheet. But I'm stumped.

I have found similar behaviour when changing from to wp to joomla - the content goes away in Artisteer. Unlike the wp theme though, when I install the template to Joomla though, it is there.

This feels a bit like beta behaviour. I've noticed that some themes switch with no problem while others don't. I can't identify any pattern yet though.

I'll be doing more testing.

I have the same behaviour...

on a PC with Windows Xp...
I open and "old" WP theme made in Artisteer1, then switch to joomla and all the content is gone.

on another PC with Vista installed converting from WP-->Joomla runs smoothly
(exept other small problems)

same happens on my girlfriend PC (she has vista too)

can anyone confirm this strange behaviour on XP and/or Vista ?

I'm running Vista.

As I am new to Artisteer, all of the themes are v2.

Hi!
I think it worth to notify Artisteer technical support about this issue.
